And Wharfedale, true to its commitment to continuously develop new technology and raise the standards in loudspeaker development, has created an entry level loudspeaker series that can accurately reproduce a balanced and natural sound – the new Crystal 3 Series. 

Built with a trapezoidal enclosure which disrupts the formation of regular standing waves inside the cabinet and a curved front which enhances dispersion from its highly advanced drive units ensuring that sound is spread throughout the entire room, the new Crystal 3 is not just engineered to look good but is also capable of allowing listeners to hear the finesse of the rich overtones of the musical instruments and vocals in a highly realistic fashion. The series of centre speakers is equipped with bass-midrange units which utilize a natural fibre cone fabricated to a precise formula and are specially treated to enhance midrange clarity. In the centre of the cone is a phase plug that improves high frequency response and ensures seamless transfer of sound through the crossover region to the treble unit. 

The new Crystal 3 series owes most of its overall technological attributes to its predecessor, the Crystal 2 Series, but with improvements done in its physical characteristics making it more adaptable to diverse modern home furnishings, sound quality for both audio and AV home cinema performances, and better price points.
