‘These four systems fall neatly into two categories: the crossover systems, designed for both music and movies in a living room environment, and the unapologetically movie-oriented systems that would suit a dedicated home cinema room.

In the latter camp are Teufel and Klipsch. Of those two, the Klipsch system sounds much more engaging, thanks to its effortlessly powerful and attacking sound. It’s perfectly pitched for dramatic movie soundtracks, but less musical than the Tannoy and Canton setups. It may lack some design panache, but with the lights off and your amp at full tilt, we don’t think you’ll give two hoots.’

great speakers!!, they can take a lot of abuse! i have had mine for not even a year, and i turn the volume up all the way and they power out sound! great bass! great horn ! i am very satisfied with this great buy.

Simply put, I bought these because they sounded much better than another popular brand, which starts with a B. When I took them home and hooked them up it was scary; incredibly powerful sound. Huge low's and extremely crisp high's, all in a small, bookshelf package. My neighbors could ot believe that such small speakers produced all the noise keeping them up at night. I plan to turn these into my rear-channel speakers once I make the move to a full 7.1 system. They produce so much quality sound that it is scary. Bravo.
